Molly has been part of our family for 8 weeks now and Brad and I both agree that it seems more like 8 months. She has just slid right into our family as easily as can be and we couldn't love her more!
Since we fist got her, Molly has gone from not sitting up by herself to rolling over and sitting up, to pulling up to a stand, to cruising furniture. She had some strong abs! She can sit strait up while I'm trying to changer her diaper!
She is a great eater, she eats almost anything we give her, fruit being her favorite. She is also a great sleeper, sleeping 12 hours at night, ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT! Gotta love that!
Molly loves our two dogs. She crawls over to them and gives them hugs all the time and they tolerate her well. Summer is usually right there to show Molly how to be gentle with them.
Molly has a few words in her vocabulary, the first being "baba" for bottle. She says "hi" and waves, and she says "hot" When I tell her something is hot that I'm about to give her.
Summer just loves having a baby sister! Whenever we are out somewhere she tells everyone she sees that Molly is her baby sister.
Summer had a hard time sharing her toys in the first few weeks but is starting to get better about it now. the two of them play together, it's so great to see. Summer crawls on the floor with her and they have little races and they both giggle the whole time. Brad and I love to watch it. Summer loves to do anything that will make Molly laugh. She dances for her and is always tickling her belly.
So, right now the Sims family is doing really well. We are looking forward to spring so we can be outside more. We hope to go to Myrtle beach this year. Summer loved it so much and is still talking about it from last year.
